Itunes constant problems?????????????

ok so the other day i was messing with itunes, suddenly it started acting really stupid, i have been searching for answers for at least 3 days now. No results. the problem is that itunes keeps either not responding, OR gives me back an error that says "cannot sync this iphone OeX8000065" its not my phone it itunes, ive uninstalled and reinstalled itunes, restarted me computer, restored my phone (on another computer) ive hooked up ipads and ipods to my computer and still the same error "cannot sync this iphone OeX8000065" i really dont know what else i can do. im at my wits end. have any of you guys had any ideas on how to fix this? please help me, im so irritated, i almost threw my computer out the window
