Can't install apps on jailbroken ipod touch from the internet?

so i have 4.3.3 ipod touch with cydia in it. I downloaded apps from getipa.info then put it on itunes and tried to sync it. got this following error "cant sync from ipod touch because unknown error occured blah blah blah" can anyone help?
