Do you think he likes me?

Theres this guy at my school who is like a year or two older than me who I kinda like hes a little annoying sometimes though and it seems like he goes outta his way to find me at times, he's also a little mean at times but it doesn't really come offs as him being serious. Awhile ago he came to school with a broken hand and I asked him how he broke it, he didn't answer but later in the hall when he was with his friends and I was walking to my next class I asked him again while I was walking by, he left the group and walked by me and told me how it happened and he had his arm around me, a little OOC and akward cause I usually only left my close friends touch me and he knows it, then once he was done telling me his story he shoved me ( not hard ) into my next class and yelled bye while he walked away, I know people say guys pick on girls when they like them but ive never found that to be true, what do you guys think?
