Is it illegal for the store i work at to sell knock offs?

I work at a boutique retail store in a small tourist town. Today i came to work and found we are now selling Coach, Gucci, Prada, D&G, etc. Purses.. for $35.. obviously knockoffa, but they spell the names all the same. Is this even legal!?
