HELP my cat is filled up with a liquid under the skin all over and has not been eating or drinking anything?

i'm pritty shure hes dieing please help he has been laying and breathing sharply for 3 days he has liquid under skin almost feels like hes filling with blood and he yelps when i touch him near his left sholder blade!!!! any answers will really help me plz don't say i should kill him
