Ipod not syncing TV show rentals?

I have a 2nd generation ipod touch. I have rented a few 40min shows from Itunes and they just finished downloading. When I synced my ipod, theyre not showing up under the video tab of my ipod. I dont know why its not syncing. Im leaving on a 10 hour flight tomorrow so all help is appreciated
