Best tampon for cheer?

whats the best tampon brand for cheerleading, i am going to be starting cheer camp which is 6 hours a day from 9-3 and i need a tampon that will last me the thoose six hours that i can do cartwheels,round-offs,and possibly flips and back-handsprings and front handsprings so what do you guys prefer or what should i use im 13 and ofcourse im getting my peroid that week
