My computer deleted my music! please help!?

I plugged my iphone into my computer and now my music is gone. I bought my music on my iphone. the computer synced with the iphone and now the music I had on the phone is neither on the phone or in itunes. how can i get the music back? all of the music was purchased from iTunes. I am not jailbroken. please help me thank you
