My blackberry says app error 523 ? please help !?

its been like this for awhile, the screen is white an my only opinion is to click the reset button, i know about the blackberry desktop thingy an evertime i try to upload my blackberry it wont sync bc its rebooting an thats all it does is reboot an then the white screen? what do i do ?
