Is there a way to transfer apps from one itunes to another (like homesharing)?

I had an itunes for awhile hooked up to an OLD email with my parents credit card, downstairs on a not-so-great computer. I recently got a macbook pro and got a new itunes, then homeshared the music to get what I wanted from the other. I am going to get a new iphone soon too and will sync it with the new itunes acount on the new computer, but I don't want to have to rebuy the apps I already purchased on the other account. Can I homeshare apps?
