I have full physical custody but don't understand my rights. NEED HELP!?

My daughter is 3yrs old and her father has visitation Friday thru Sunday but the court order him to give me 24hr notice of his schedule to show that he will be off for the weekend( he only text me saying somebody going to get daughter). I just found out that all this time, he has been lying and having his girlfriend pick up my daughter and keeping her while father is working. Also at last few drop offs my 3yr old daughter has been screaming, kicking, and crying because she do not want to leave with this women, saying mom i don't want to go with her ( and i dont make her go). My daughter tells me she is mean and daddy is at work. she has also recently told me his the girlfriend told her about boyfriend/girlfriend, while trying to kiss me unappropriated. I don't know what to do, my daughter is only 3yrs old and i don't know what this women is doing with my daughter or teaching her. I haven;t let my daughter go with them lately but i don't want to lose my rights. Everyday there are many cases of child abuse etc, and i don't know if this is something that may be going on. I requested for another court date but its not until 4 months, WHAT DO I DO???
