I accidently hit a pole in the shuttle van that I work for is this going to appear on my record? ?

I work for a best western and was pumping gas well Im still getting used to the van and turned too sharply and ended up hitting a pole. I was wondering is the incident going to appear on my record either my license or my employee record and is there any way I can look it up? Police were not called I received a write up.. I am just wondering cause I'm looking for other jobs if its going to be on my employee record??
